Buyer Agent Commission (Optional)

Buyer agent commission is not included in Offerlyn fees. As the seller, you decide whether to offer compensation to a buyer's agent and how much to offer. Offering a buyer agent commission is not required. However, many sellers choose to offer one because many buyers work with real estate agents. Providing compensation may increase exposure to agent-represented buyers and potentially result in more showings. If you choose to offer a buyer agent commission, a common range in Ontario is 2%–2.5%, although the amount is completely determined by you.
